Our Team

Michael J. Dedda, President, is a Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) and has worked in the financial planning field since 1993.  He is a Registered Representative with LPL Financial.

Michael earned his B.A. in Finance from Villanova University and received his ChFC certification from the American College.  Michael has established himself as a trusted advisor to businesses and individuals by creating relationships to foster better outcomes for business owners and employees.

Michael Martin, Wealth Consultant, is a Registered Representative with LPL Financial and has been with Alan E. Peters & Associates, Inc. since 1989.  He is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University and currently holds Series 7 and 63 registrations with LPL Financial. Mike is a member of Great Valley Advisor Group which is a division of Alan E. Peters & Associates, Inc..  Great Valley Advisor Group is a financial planning firm providing a wide range of professional and personalized planning services.

Meghan Geary, Operations Manager, has been with the company since January 2009. 

Meghan assists with Marketing initiatives, is our vendor contact, assists with Accounts Receivable and Payable and assists with all other office functions and projects.  Prior to working for Alan E. Peters & Associates,Inc.,  Meghan held project management roles with Stewart Management Company, Citigroup and also worked for 8 years at Columbia Management Group in Boston, MA in the National Accounts group.

In her spare time, Meghan loves to spend time with her family.  She enjoys going to the beach, skiing and taking family trips.

Kristin Harris, Client Services Associate, has been with Alan E. Peters & Associates, Inc. since 2008. 

She is responsible for the processing of all back office details.  Kristin manages all account openings and is a direct contact for client requests and issues.

In her spare time, Kristin loves spending time with family and friends.  She enjoys traveling and going to the beach.

Joanne Harrison, Administrative Associate, has been with Alan E. Peters & Associates, Inc. since 2013.

She handles all Insurance processing as well as manages Insurance licensing for all agents in the office.  Joanne also assists with all other business processing and is a direct contact for client requests and issues.

In her spare time, Joanne enjoys spending time with her family at the beach.
